Mary Pancake is our Vice President of Operations. Mary is an accomplished operations professional with more than twenty years of experience in multiple manufacturing and service industries. She leads the day-to-day operations of the company in delivering the highest quality service in all our service centers around the country. Mary’s primary responsibilities are to ensure that our service levels meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
