Will Ross is our Sr. VP of Commercial Development. He manages all the commercial aspects of the business, including business development, customer service, and the logistics teams. These teams engage with customers every day, and their role is to ensure that they provide a consistent high quality touch point for our current and future customers. Will is an engineer by training and has worked in the respiratory space as a senior executive with multiple respiratory device manufacturers. He has been with Quality Biomedical since 2018 and has held several successful roles since that time.
